Turn around time:

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 10 business days. Turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.

Returns or exchanges:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at shopnookandcranny@gmail.com

Can you engrave my logo on an item?

Yes! We need either PNG or SVG format to accomplish this.

Shipping

We only ship within the United States and Canada. 

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, local pick up is available in Pinellas Park, FL. Pick up days & times are Mon, Weds & Fri 11am-2pm. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. Once your order is ready to be picked up, and email will be sent.

Engraving and cutting variations

Because our boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that board. Each board will be unique and one of a kind. Each wood sheet is milled down from large pieces of lumber. Occasional imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns, or difference in color is common with natural real wood. Because our wood sheet items are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that wood sheet. Care for food safe boards

ONLY hand wash boards with warm water and a sponge using soap. Hand dry with a dish towel. Refrain from leaving the board soaking in a sink or dish pan. Be sure the board is COMPLETLEY dry before storing to avoid moisture being trapped and causing mold.

Hats & Beanies

How do I care for the hats and beanies with the leather patch?

 Hand-wash only. Do not put in the dryer, air dry only. All patches are adhered using heat activated adhesive with an industrial hat heat press.

Are the patches made of real leather?

No, the patches are made of leatherette (faux leather) and are finished with a safe leatherette oil.
